sell the spare mirror,KEEP the Vette =) i clicked on this because of it being all murdered-out with all black(typically yu dont see them often)so it makes it special;when it comes to ANY Corvettes regardless of generations,regardless of color-combos,etc i could care less about "comfort-creatures" and luxuries,i always say and said "it's a Corvette"=raw power/all fun/special car all the luxuries dont occur to me whenever im in one regardless of generation.you are braver than me to take it out in the rain and esp the winter lol,if you sell that car i can be wrong but i think you will regret it whenever you see ANY Vette cruising around heading north or southbound.i wouldnt "mod" it too much,window tint would be all since you did the exhaust,but i wouldnt push my luck,the car sounds awesome regardless of most custom exhaust brands,and tint is subjective but that's a unique Vette there which explains why i clicked on to watch and see it,just remeber when you have something all blacked-out,it requires more TLC👍

Thanks for the watch! I agree about selling it as well. But if I did, I know I could buy one again and maybe a newer one as well. The blacked out car looks great and tint would only make it look better. It sounds great and drives like new. Appreciate your comment!

Holy this was the video I needed I've been looking for a video of someone using a 2008 base Corvette automatic. Not only that drive the car the same way I would not go crazy while everyone on the internet goes crazy and abuses the engine. The gas gave me a good idea of how fuel consumption is with this vehicle, I'm only 16 but I've been wanting this car forever. this video was very helpfull keep up the good work man

I appreciate it! I mainly drive calm because of two reasons. I’m trying to keep a conversation going, and the GoPro mic isn’t all that good when it comes to engine sounds. I’m glad this video helped! How did you get your muffler delete doe I have a 2008 corvette and shops are acting like it’s the most impossible thing to do

It’s definitely not impossible. Most shops might not be able to fit Corvettes on their lift because they’re pretty low. Some shops also tend to have difficulty routing the piping but it’s not impossible. Try asking around to multiple places. Also consider buying bigger tips. Mine are 4-4.5in I think.

I got a c6 2007 with 40k miles for $19,500 only I think I got a really good deal with clean title and it's still stock.

A Corvette at 18 is something to be proud of. I bought mine at 20 and felt so good. Enjoy the heck out of it. Maybe you’ll upgrade to a manual LS3 car soon…

That’s great! I’m considering adding the wide body to my car in the future. That’s why I’m holding off on wheels and tires. I think I’m going to go cat-less this summer. I actually have to fix my car this weekend as it broke last week. Should be fine though. Let me know if you have questions about anything. I can always try my best to help!

Probably in the low 30’s. Mine has roughly 19K miles but it’s climbing. Good deals are sub 30K but mine it spotless with a great history. I think I could fetch 31-33.

Really depends on a number of factors. The biggest being dependent on what offers I get. I’ve had 31-32 from dealerships alone. Can’t imagine what private party would be like. Id have to look around for a firm price. Thanks for your comment!

@@YashPatel-tl3zi It's not bad and when you let off the gas it's quiet. But once in a while when you hit the gas it backfires. One time I passed a cop and took my foot off the gas pedal and heard nothing. I prefer the muffler delete over a cat back anyway.

I definitely agree and the backfire is nice. Not too loud, but just noticeable. Idk how it compares to cat backs.

@@YashPatel-tl3zi I agree. It was way cheaper then a cat back also performance wise the new ones are 495 hp to the 2008 vette is 436 hp . The new ones 0-60 is 2.8 seconds and the 2008 is 0-60 in 4.2 seconds . And top speed is somewhere around 189 mph on the new one . The 2008 vette is around 193mph. So i still think the 2008 is a better buy. But i dont track mine anyway. I seen a 2008 pushed to 200mph.
