How necessary is is to replace the power steering fluid cooler when doing the pump? My pump just has a leak so I want to replace it but not sure if I need to do both

Another option i heard i removing spark plugs and barely turning over afew times? What would you do? Ive got oil pump and pan dropped and everything out rn in my garage
