Just finished the 4 videos, they were great thank you. My wives car has been overheating and I have been having issues with the heating system for years. In addition the transmission has been shot since day one but my wife has been driving it as is. Might be doing this repair for summer but I can see it taking me a while.

I have mine torn done now, my left head is cracked around the valve seats and spark plug, just real small cracks but enough to condemn it. Finding it hard to get a good left head.

Great video!! Just did mine on my moms 07 torrent and it starts and runs great, but feels like it’s missing. Not throwing any lights, oil level good, but it just vibrates a lot into the cabin and sounds like somethings rubbing almost. Any ideas? Almost thought it was an exhaust leak but it was too quiet.

If you resurfaced the head cylinder do you have to use a thicket cylinder head gasket or the same side??

Now you do not! These have a very high service limit. Meaning you can take quite allot off before there is a problem.

What’s the name of the socket used to set the 95 degree turn

Not a socket, it is just an Angle gauge you set it to 0 and turn 95°

What's the torque specs on the intake bolts nd rockers?

Tighten the upper intake manifold bolts and studs to 25 N.m (18 lb ft) Install the valve rocker arm bolts. Tighten the bolts to 32 N.m (24 lb ft) .
