I love this game so much, because being a lifelong Longhorn fan, it reminds me so much of OU vs. Texas every year on the neutral-field Cotton Bowl. So many good matchups between teams that were both in the top 10 regularly. This 2009 game was almost unfair though. Florida had just WAY TOO MUCH talent for Georgia to handle

Florida had no reason to respect anyone during the Urban (05-10) and Tebow (06-09) eras. They won 2 titles, a heisman, and much more for a reason; skill/talent, confidence, composure. They didn’t have a single poor season.

As a Dawgs fan, I feel these uniforms could’ve been a lot better if Georgia would’ve worn their normal silver britches with the black helmet. The uniforms would’ve looked like an early 1990’s Atlanta Falcons road uniform. As for the game, that was considerably worse than the bad fashion choice.
