He is so freaking ADORABLE! I love how wide-eyed and innocent he looked when he said "For what?!" lol. I love how he talks, how calm and well-spoken he is, how he can speak for himself and his music and not need to explain anything or apologize to anyone. And I really admire his fearlessness, and how he goes out of his way to go against the grain. It IS all for fun, and people shouldn't take it so personally. And how could anyone stay mad at that face?!

you know, to be honest, the first time I saw him was THIS performance. and I thought - oh, geeeeeez, whom the hell he thinks he is. BUT. I was intrigued. so, stared looking for his performances and the American Idol. and you know what - I think he rocked the whole show, he was the best. the guy has voice, he was borned to be a performer... now I have his first album and I love every song in it though I never was a fan of this kind of music. Adam - congratulations! you're the best

Like others have said he told us long ago he would not be a poster boy for Idol or anything else. He came out there and proved that. He warned us we can't be surprised at all. And I thought he was amazing and if parents are worried about their young kids seeing that what time did the show finish? he was the last one on kids really shouldn't have been up to watch that.
