@@jaimevega5991 definitely not, and is for V8s. I'm sure they make one for 6s, but I personally wouldn't use them on it and are a lot of other good options available for way less

Krazy SRT8 hey man , so I’ve been searching up and down for a Borla attack system for my Chrysler 300C 5.7 hemi it’s a 3012 but Borla only has a S type exhaust as their highest quality for my model and only have the ATAK for the updated 2015 through 2020 model , I was told the middle mufflers wouldn’t fit on my exhaust diaphragm and I’ve looked everywhere and Bona don’t seem to sell those round mufflers separately , and I want all four mufflers instead of just the ones to place on my bumper and I’m wondering if you would know if that exact cat back Borla ATAK would fit my exhaust diaphragm because there practically identical internals ( obviously besides the exhaust tips ) I would buy the round muffler separately but they don’t seem to sell them separately what do you think / recommend ( thanks in advance )

@@albertolopez4594 if you have checked with borla to see what their options are and haven't found anything that will work from them, then I'm not sure what to tell you on that bud and really sucks. If they are not working for you, then I would suggest that you may need to start over and go with something a little more simple. When I was looking for aftermarket pipes for my Challenger, I checked out the borlas as well as corsa extreme. I also looked at others and decided on SLP loudmouth cat-backs. Mainly because there's not much to them and like the idea that they are not overly engineered, so you don't run into problems like you are experiencing right now and they sound awesome on any Hemi V8. The 6.1 sounds awesome on deceleration and pops like crazy. Although because of the simple design of the open chamber racing bullets, there is some droning as the system also deletes the resos and is ez to take care of by changing up the RPMs a little though

I have a 2011 automatic and have severe drone issues. I deleted the resonator and it droned like hell then I put glasspacks on there and it never sounded like glasspacks. Will this exhaust still drone? I want to get this but I have to be careful in case it causes drone issues. The stock resonators do a good job of killing the drone, how do these resonators do? Have you tried installing this on a 2011 automatic before?

Same question I have a 2011 dodge challenger 5.7 hemi v8 automatic, TRYING my best to find the best exhaust system for it, and so far no luck, I just keep seeing people saying different things so idk what I wanna do, was gonna go with the borla s-type cause I don't want it really loud like the borla Atak, I'm more into the deeper tone sounds

Looked at those as well as the corsa extremes as a comparison when we were shopping for pipes on my Challenger, but decided on SLP loudmouth cat backs and are the best bang for the buck. Mainly because there's not a lot to them and aren't overly engineered, as they basically consist of 3" with open chamber racing bullets and flows much better than the stock. Is basically like straight piping because it also allows for reso delete and is nice & loud, but is better because of the increased diameter. There is a little drone with them because of the simple design, but just need to change up the RPMs a little if it bothers ya and it goes away. Plus she's not a daily and is not a problem for me anyway, so it's all good and just love the way that 6.1 hemi sounds with them on. It pops like crazy on deceleration and screams like a mad dog when I downshift a couple gears, and punch it on a 20 or a 30 roll and leaves fat stripes on the blacktop with lots of smoke

Sounds mean! You can always add a pair of small resonators to the system if the drone is bugging you a little too much on highway trips, but since it isn't a daily it doesn't sound like you have any issue with that. 😁 Thanks for watching! -Zach

@@AmericanMuscleDodge yeah man, she is a screamer and will be even better when I get headers on it next. Yeah if I ever wanted to, I could add the resonators. But as I said and you mentioned, I don't drive it all the time and doesn't bother me at all. Actually you can control it pretty well anyways if you like by just adjusting your RPMs a little, and it goes away with a little footwork of the pedal

I just installed the S type on my RT and it's way too quiet. Doesn't sound anything like it did in the videos.

That's what I wanted was the s type, cause I like the sound of a deep roar, and the atak sounded just to loud and kinda raspy to me, so idk what ima do, I got a 2011 dodge challenger rt 5.7 hemi v8
