@ It is to help with the rarity of cars, you would never see anything but the top trim of people could choose, aswell as in real life you wont just find SS impalas or top trim cars, you will most likely find the lower trims as that is what people can afford, but rarity is the main thing that plays a role in it.

I believe in most of these Impala's and other chevrolets it is on your numpad keys 4 - to change between mph/kmh 1 - Odometer / Trip A / Trip B / OFF 2 - Enable Sport Mode (or double tap W)

My car was running and stopped running out of nowhere, I started the car, put it in D, released the handbrake and it doesn't accelerate, if so, please let me know where the gas station is and how I can fill up.

yes you can run out of gas !!! and the gas stations are usually in a city (see my videos for a rough idea as you can see the signage for the gas stations)
