How to add a Cabin Air Filter 2009 2010 GM vehicles Acadia Outlook Enclave Traverse Lambda This is to add a cabin air filter to Chevy Traverse and other similar models. Cabin filter holder #20968419 cabin filter you can look up for any 09 and up Traverse. Mine was 11663-C.

Not necessarily but does help keep out debris, pollen and if charcoal activated - bad smells.

Thank you!!!! I just got gifted a buick enclave but it had a massive mouse nest in the cavity under the windshield wipers. I got that out and have been using pet pee neutralizing spray but the car is designed to have a nice ledge "bathroom" right at the intake for the outside air. (nightmare) I wish the engineer who allowed a mouse sized hole in the design of this car had to come clean this mess up. This video will allow me to get deeper inside and spray some more. ugh...

Ok, I don't know if this will help anyone, but I cut the piece out and inside to the right side of the fan was literally a cavity that holds liquid, which was an actual little lake of mouse pee. or mouse pee and pee spray that I was shooting in from the engine compartment side. SO STINKY!!!! However. after a roll of paper towels and a bottle of pee spray and a stick as a tool to get all the horrid stuff out, I think I have now gotten it to the point where in 5 years I might not be able to smell it. I'm going to let it dry and spray it and let it dry and spray. I use "pet peed" spray it's high in hydrogen peroxide, It burns your skin if you come in contact with it, it's strong stuff. I'm hoping this helps. The guy who gave me the car was going to junk it because he thought the transmission was bad, but it's not yet... It was just a low coolant level caused by a bad water pump. If you know a vehicle engineer, could you please do what it takes to make them not make cars that can be accessed by mice!!! The car is worth probably 3k, but with 6 hours into mice cleanup and the water pump replacement, I won't be that far ahead. If you are buying an enclave check for mouse nests in the compartment where the windshield wiper motor is. (use a flashlight at night) If you see a mouse nest run...

I brought my 2010 to Valvoline for an oil change and as an optional service they offered changing the cabin filter. They spent an hour trying to figure it when it doesn’t even have one! 😂😂😂😂😂😂 They finally suggested taking it to the dealer. That’s gonna be a fun story to tell them the next time I bring it in!

Amazon usually have them. Can also get from Ebay or Chevy dealership.
