Yonisa, When the whole world ignored denied & deprived the desperate plight of Eritreans, and the powers of the days switched turns & bomb Eritreans to decimation, Somalians were the only friends, who stood up, to live & die on our side. Eritreans will NEVER FORGET THE ETERNAL SUPPORT OF OUR SOMALIAN BROTHERS & we are ALWAYS grateful to the dedicated, brotherly support from Somalians, when, we, Eritreans, needed it the most. NOW, IT'S THE ERITREAN'S TURN TO STAND UP WITH & FOR SOMALIA.
Those who declared death on Eritrea have died and Eritrea is still here and those who are declaring death on Eritrea will die and Eritrea will always be here. God Bless the Eritrean Martyrs

I swear I thought it was just another states of Sudan! and I thought egypt too sence egypt and sudan are the closes allies! Egypt said that Sudan is the only country it would send troops to defend against any country! and Sudan said Eritrea and egypt is the only country it would send troops to protect against anywar I wanna know wat dose Sudan benefit from protecting Eritrea???

Mimi, You just proved my point. I always wondered why Ethiopians NEVER cared to know about other Eritreans, besides the Tigrigna speaking people? You are wrong to assume the CELEBRATION was just in TIGRIGNA only. Look a little HARDER & you will find out, the CELEBRATION WAS MORE THAN JUST in "TIGRIGNA ONLY". But, if you are INSINUATING there is ethnic domination or conflicts as the Tigries, Amaras & Oromos of Ethiopia, I DID NOT SEE NINE ERITREAN ARMED ETHIC ORGANIZATIONS FIGHTING EACH OTHER.

Mimi, While I don't have official documented statics from any authorized institution, my guess is, Monasteries, Mosques & Churches (religious schools), extended use of Koran & Bible, as is in the case all over the world, expanded the use of learning to read & write in Arabic & Geez (Tigre & Tigrigna) languages, while other ethnic languages may NOT have been easily phonetic as is in the case of Ethiopian Guragie, Welamo, Afar,,, etc. (Again, I have no official statistics).

Why would I forget one of Ethiopia's languages? Ethiopia is diverse with many different languages and cultures, I am sure you are aware of that. I am also sure that you KNOW that Tigrigna is the language of the Tigray people in northen ETHIOPIA. I am also sure that you know that music in Ethiopia, with all it's different styles and sounds, is muuuch better than in Eritrea.. Ye Tigre musica sounds the same. Btw, I speak Amharic fluently, but I won't forget any of my Ethiopian languages.

Mimi, I know, my point may have been too dramatic, but, my intention was to show you that, there's MORE to Eritreans than what Ethiopians have been indoctrinated, forced & subjected to believe, by successive Ethiopian regimes. Sad to say, but, I'm always surprised to know that, Ethiopians don't know a lot about Eritrea, besides the usual "Shaebia wonbediewoch". After 50 years of war, how does one build a peaceful region, with out knowning enough about the whole neigbourhood? PREPLEXING!!!
@BahreNeGash15 жыл бұрын
Mimi, Does Minilik, Hailesellassies, Menghistu or Zenawi speaking Amarigna make any of them Amara & all Ethiopians related to Amara? If the Eritrean President addressed Eritreans in Arabic, does that make Eritreans, Arabs related to Saudi Arabia? Speaking in Tigrigna does NOT make Eritreans related to Tigray, as much as speaking in Arabic does NOT make Eritreans related to Sudan or Saudi Arabia, nor speaking Oromigna make Kenyans & Ethiopians the same people.

Speaking English does NOT make Canada, USA, Australia the same people. Speaking Spanish does NOT Spain, Mexico, Cuba, Bolivia the same people. Speaking Arabic does NOT make Kuwait, Egypt, Yemen, Algeria or Sudan the same people. FYI: Just like religion, languages migrate, expand & shrink with time & does NOT determine people's ethnic identity.

Why are the Agames always jealous of Eritreans & constantly cry their heart out on Eritrean sites? If the Agames are proud of themselves, why can't they stay on their own, just like Amaras, Oromos, Somalis, Afars, Ogadinis, Guragies, of Ethiopia?
@BahreNeGash15 жыл бұрын
Yoni Agame,,, You Agames can't make as good music as creative Eritreans, therefore, you have to spoil it on the Internet. By the way, if you are Ethiopain, what does Tigrigna has to do with you. Last time I saw, Amharic was your national language, therefore, crying about Tigrigna is not going to make you a better country. Try learning Amharic & forget Tigrigna.

Yonni-Agame, I don't see Ogadin, Afar, Somali, Oromo or Amara Ethiopians spitting their venom on Eritrean music video which proves you feel less than Eritreans, therefore, you have to cry your heart out on Eritrean sites to make yourself feel better because you feel less than Eritreans. Too bad crying your heart out on the Internet won't cure your inferiority complex. But if you are happy with being Agame & Ethiopian, why would you be crying your heart out on Eritrean music video?
