So this is the fruit of my labors. I worked hard to get this witch where she is today, when I got her the previous owner had ripped the head off without pulling the release tab, this resulted in the entire lower half of the head mold breaking away from the connection plate as well as pulling the wiring apart. He had told me it was fully functional but after an hour drive, I wasn't going to leave empty handed. So I paid him his $180, brought her back home and started JBwelding the head back together. After working on and off for months I was finally able to reconstruct both halves of the head and install the mechs, solder all the wiring back up, close the head up, and reinstall the mask.
I was lucky she didn't have any board issues. These end up having tons of water damage issues due to previous owners not getting all of the water out of the cauldron and packing her back up with a dripping wet cauldron. The previous owner of mine did that as well it seems but I got lucky.
The head was the only issue and as you can see, she works fully, and she works well. I'm happy to have her as part of my collection seeing as she is probably the longest selling, and best known Gemmy Life Size of all time even showing up in Spirit stores for a short time.
