Ulysses had flood for about at the neck when 1:56 AM people keep watching till the water dries. Same like Ketsana had. Ketsana rains: 455 millimeters per minute Ulysses rains: 165 millimeters per minute + Magat dam and Sierra Madre water flow.

Storm names used in What-Should-Be universe: Kujira, Chan-Hom, Linfa, Nangka, Soudelor, Imbudo, Goni, Morakot, Etau, Vamco, Krovanh, Dujuan, Mujigae, Choi-Wan, Koppu, Ketsana, Parma, Melor, Netpartak, Lupit, Sudal, Nida. Storms were named Mujigae for the first time after Maemi was retired in the 2003 season. Morakot, Ketsana, Parma, Melor, and Sudal were retired due to the deaths and damage caused by those storms. They were replaced with Atsani, Champi, In-fa, Nuri, and Mirinae for future seasons. Don't comment that this is wrong because it is unwanted!!!
