U travelling from Goa in any routes by bus , by train checking is done for sure coz I personally travelled to Bangalore from Goa n checking was been done and my frnd travelled by train where after dey board the train in there respective coach checking was done. No alcohol is allowed from Goa I guess

The liquor in Goa is cheaper due to lesser taxation and the brand's are not available in KA. So there is a stringent checking in KA border, same s te case while buses or cars enter GJ. Regarding fare it's too expensive. Fares are flexi and depend on weekdays/weekends and long weekends. What is the your date of travel? I feel Rs 1500-2000 is the fair price for 700km
