This is an update to a previous video. I add delimiters to the commands. I use microseconds to control the asynchronous delays to speed up the motor. I also added feedback from the Arduino to let the Nextion know the current status.

Is it possible to do this with the one serial port on the Uno? Please advise. How would I change the code you provided. Thank you for your time.

The uno is pretty close to the nano. The code should work on the uno. The reason that I use a second serial is that I want to use the primary serial as a debug for data in the serial monitor of the Arduino IDE. You could connect the basic serial port up to the Nextion and not use it to send informational messages back to the IDE. But, you would need to unhook the Nextion display while uploading the code from the IDE to the Arduinio and then plug the display back in after the upload is completed. You would have to comment out all references to "Serial" and then change all the references for port Serial2 to Serial. At least I think that is what you would have to do. Excellent video friend, I did something similar but my slider starts at zero and as I increase the motor speed increases, turning in only one direction, my question is why when I want to control two motors they interrupt each other when both are on at different speeds controlled with their slider individually..??

I am not sure. Are you using delay statements or asynchronous control?

I was wondering how can we add some simple things like i wanted to add a uv light on off switch and a spray button by using a simple spray motor, i want to control that using same code and same page on the display. Can you help with that?
