Hi, how does it handle in deeper snow? My concern is that in my country sometimes the roads are not cleaned on time(or at all in some cases).

From my own experience I think it handles deep snow quite well. I have managed to drive up steep unplowed inclines without much effort and never gotten stuck during winter with studded snow tires on. It definitely has some basic off-road prowess despite some claiming that its rivals have better AWD systems.

Thank you for watching, I'm glad you liked it! By the time of recording the video it was just shy of 200,000 km. The battery is original, has never been replaced and the hybrid powertrain has worked flawlessly over the years. As far as reliability is concerned, there have virtually been no issues whatsoever - to be expected from a Lexus. It is cheap to run and is very low maintenance. The only ones that come to mind are basic wear and tear items (brakes, xenon headlights, rear light bulbs) and a leak from one of the air suspension shocks. As long as the car has been well-maintained according to recommended service intervals, I would generally not be concerned about reliability issues or frequent expensive repair costs. Spare parts are likely to be on the expensive side given that it is a luxury SUV, but they are seldom needed. Best of luck if you are still looking to buy one, I personally think this car is an excellent choice considering how affordable they are these days. The build quality and comfort are up there with the very best, even for new car standards.

@@Auto_Lore Don't you think that in the next years, the hybrid batteries are going to start to fail progressively, for the models released until 2012? Usually after 10 years they start going out (I can see it on the GS 450h who were released slightly before)

Pretty old vehicle but here the tax is lower for that car than on a 2.0 liter Qashqai because of the hybrid engine even though it has a V6. Literally 10 mpg better than the Qashqai. Sincerely a great car!

Indeed, the tax benefits are really generous in some countries due to the hybrid powertrain. A bit counterintuitive seeing as the technology is rather dated with limited range, but the fuel economy is nevertheless impressive for a SUV of this size.
