2010 Toyota Camry radio installation and (backup Camera) PART 1

Part 1
In This Video I show you guys how to Install a Radio and a backup Camera in a 2011 Toyota Camry. for this installation I had to use multiple tools and it took me a few days. this is a 3 part Series. in part 1 I install the Backup camera, and in part two I removed the radio and setup the Maestro RR. in part 3 I Install the new radio and button up everything.

How I can find the pieces that you used for the holes on the Toyota logo?

Great video Man! The camera that was supplied with my head unit doesn't have a number plate bracket. This may sound silly but I don't know if it has a top and a bottom and therefore I could possibly install it upside down. Do head units allow you to rotate the image from the backup camera if it displays upside down?

Hey man. Yes some head unit allow you to do so. And some camera have a little button where you can switch it. So it all depends. Your next thing is you can install it upside down to get the pictures to look right.

FYI, you don't need to remove the lock assembly or the the bulb housings to take that panel out.

yes I know I had it removed because I was alsso running wires for a backup camera. that why it looks like that. thanks for letting me know.

@@CarStomIt I'm aware of that you're trying to do. You still don't need to remove those things. I did the same thing you did yesterday (backup camera wiring) and I didn't need to remove those. I had a hard time removing the clip behind the toyota logo.

I would of just fed it trough the license lamp

Loosen one up and boom also then plate cameras are lame it makes it look knockoff get one that has a treads on it with a bolt to tighten in the inside so it looks stock

Yes you could do that as well. But I wanted to make look super clean. Plus I didn’t want the cables to be pinched and have some water 💦 dripping inside so this way I think was better.

Yes this was not my car. I agree with you. I love the stock look as well. But my customer bought all the parts and brou them to me. So I ask him if he wanted the other camera. He said no. This is all the $$ he wanted to spend No More. So I agreed and Install it as requested.
