In this video I show how to fill and bleed the cooling system on a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4 liter turbo engine however procedure is the same for all engines in the family.

Can I use Go5 coolant instead dexcool?

Do I have to use the bleeder valve or can I just keep the reservoir tank cap off for like 10 or so minutes

Initial fill and getting trapped air out of the thermostat housing is the purpose for the bleed valve . So do so at your own risk I’ve had some work I’ve heard some started overheating

@@JoeTheAutoGuy After filling up the reservoir tank i accidentally left the cap loss now all my fluid leaked out I added more and bled it do you think I caused damage? it never went over the halfway mark

Dont You Have To Run The car before you bleed it?

Nope initial fill will flow air out , then run car as stated in video
