What’s the difference between a hellcat and a V6? Motor/trans? Suspension & brakes? Is everything else the same?

Everything is different because you have to have suspension and brakes that will take on a supercharged v8 instead of a v6. And a v6 is a 6 cylinder engine as a v8 is an 8 cylender and it’s superchaged
