Brian Aiken I used a screwdriver to pry the tabs enough to pull them down and they just came off.

They do stay on dim but i just let them stay on. Over time its cool them dim more.

outdoorsman2009 I worry about my battery dying..., even though I know they don't use all of the energy it takes to kill the battery. But I did just replace my battery today. Guess I'll just have to deal with it until I find a way to fix it.

My Malibu shuts the lights off after having the door open so long, wouldn't it just do the same or because they're LEDs, they just work differently?

I installed led lights in my 2011 Chevy Malibu but when the car is off they stay on very dim. Did you have to install a resister?

Christian Smith.. Led bulbs use very little voltage, i use them myself and no problems with my car battery dying. So you shouldnt worry about it
