Been looking all day to figure out how to match up the actuator gear to blend door. Will attempt this weekend! Thanks man!

Boy O boy... on the driver side I only had to take off the felt footer piece and the bottom heater duct. Reached my hand up there with the torx 20 on the end of a very small box wrench held together with saran wrap. Unscrewed the 2 torx screws.
