Great video, think I've the same problem, did you notice at 8:54 you'd bent the disc guard on refitting the ball joint ? you may want to check your rear axle bushes, at a guess these are also on their way out, if not knackered already.

6:13 the swingarm has one hole for the screw, which is not round but wide oval for this you need to do alignment

Any change to suspension components should be followed by an alignment check! Nice work though man. I like that you cleaned up surfaces and the ball joint bore in the hub, with a wire brush. Most people wouldn't do that.

Clunking on load only front suspension side might be mounting but I can't see rips in it ? Yet it's free rubber movement ?

@@FastEddieQ have been watching and does look easy enough but my biggest problem is my lower back i have very bad athritis and find it very difficult to bend down for any length of time if i had access to a car lift i would do my self.

iPod video, however. Drive a large screwdriver into the gap on the ball joint ‘clamp’ and the ball joint drops out.

IT'S OK BUT IT WOULD BE BETTER IF YOU SPRAYED WITH WD40 OR BENCINA THE PARTS THAT YOU CLEAN WITH THE WIRE BRUSHES. BUT VERY GOOD WORK. GREETINGS FROM LIMA PERU.
