2011 Ford Fusion won’t crank

Whenever it’s 55 degrees or below my wife 2011 ford fusion will not crank. I have replaced the starter, the battery, and the ignition module switch and it is constantly doing the same thing. If anyone has any suggestions please comment in the comment section. Thanks.

If the key causes the alarm to go off it could be that the anti theft piece fell out of the key. Happened to mine.

Got . Be. Power . Fuse . Issue. Would say Cadillac converter. But. Not getting no power . To starter
