IHSA can be up to 3 minutes. Timing starts and ends with the first and last organized movement. It's under 3 minutes. And to everyone saying the cheer is too long, know the rules before you speak please. IHSA music can only be 1:30, rest is cheer, because we'll we are cheerleaders not all stars. : )

@MauiWowwii its illegal because there are a lot of girls who can't do or are not comfortable in their ability to pull a double and end up hurting themselves for a stunt they just cannot do at all ive seen those coaches our coach had 3 girls injured due to forcing them to do tumbling they weren't confident and another 3 at minimum due to stunting that the squad she had selected was unable to perform
