A great offensive player will never be stopped by a great Defensive player. Even less when it comes to lebron and kobe. Lebron has too much weight to keep up with the change of momentum kobe has. A defender like Kawai leonard would be better suited to Defend Kobe. He wouldn't be able to Defend him either but it would be a better match up. While Lebron is a great perimeter defender when compared to your average perimeter defender he still isn't elite at it.

Imagine after retiring an entire all star competition changes because the next person is scared of getting injured. People knew if Kobe was playing in an all-star game that they better play seriously or he would destroy anyone not taking it seriously. Noone cares about being serious when "the king" is a joker and more concerned with entertaining himself than entertaining the fans. This shows why Lebron will never be as great as Kobe. 8:00 - only Kobe make people play hard. Like I said, Kobe retired all star game soft. Noone talks like this anymore in an all star game. It was a great game. Sadly missed.
