To put it another way; Every team during the BCS Era, regardless of conference, that played a SOS as difficult as the schedule Oklahoma State played in 2011, all lost two or more games. Oklahoma State was left out of the BCS Championship for losing just one.

Tiyee Ryan I totally agree with you that ostate got screwed, I'm a huge ostate fan. In my opinion it's about money, the rerun of LSU and Alabama game brought more money than ostate LSU would have. Two big blue blood schools. A redemption game for Alabama, I larger viewing audience. Sounded like money to the bcs.

What pisses me off the most is seeing in the lower the lower third that LSU vs. Alabama was already penciled in as the BCS Championship game that year. You heard right: while this game was in progress and OSU was taking OU to the woodshed, LSU-Alabama was already tagged as the championship game.

If you want something recent, OU has 19 championship victories in the 21st century, only one of them came from football. I wouldn’t bring up OU just being a football school…

Meanwhile, LSU's defense wouldn't have had a chance in hell of keeping Oklahoma State from scoring. SEC and Big10 teams are overhyped. They put a Big10 team in the playoff last year that didn't even play in the championship game and we all know how that turned out. The SEC also had their asses handed to them in bowl games that they were suppose to be over matched against. It's all bullshit hype. Tell me how Ohio State has a better opportunity of making the playoff this year than a team that completely owned them on their own field.

The last time an sec team won the national title not named alabama was 2010. That's 8 years ago. They are the best conference because alabama. No one can even come close to playing with Alabama in college.
