this vehicle has a bad rap which is deserved: I have a 2011 1500 Laramie. 1st problem that started last winter Drivers heated seat shuts off quite often. Then in the last 3 weeks my reverse camera doesn't have a picture anymore. ( but still shows up on dash ) & just last week had to go to Wpg. & while driving all of a sudden the radio will shut off. I turn it back on & stays on for quite awhile. oh & + passenger back lock stopped working couple years ago. & Of coarse Chrysler not much help. When I called & explained problems they told me they could check out & it could cost $100s of dollars just to check out & they still may not find the problem & to update the maps would cost $149 + shipping 29.95 + Taxes + DUTY & that upto 2018 the update
