That was pretty much a repeat of what cost Renzo Pasolini and Jarno Saarinen their lives, at almost the exact same spot...Brrr, got me chills on the spine looking at that. Luckily no serious injuries in that crash it seems...

Apparently blown crank cases are not uncommon for the S1000RR when put under race conditions. Yeah, that last bike was a missile hurtled into those blokes. Frightening.
