Beautiful to see Geoff & Killian showing such mutual admiration. These guys should be the role models to all our children. The integrity and mental fortitude the ultra guys display is quite remarkable.

It's so beautiful when he stops to greet Geoff.

Hand down best trailrunner & ski mountaineer in the world, they should give hime a statue. He inspires young people to go out in the nature and enjoy, without any aid but the human body!

He certainly did for me. He's the one who pushed to try out running, climbing, mountaneering. Cheers!

I love that you captured Geoff Roes congratulating him just before he entered the high school. Such a great moment between the two winners!

I dont know what I enjoyed better, Kilian's perfect form, or the Go Pro on a tree branch.

Dude: Kilian are you gonna be back next year? Kilian: I don't know, it's too flat. No comments

That's not surprising. Kilian specialises in races with 10,000 ft or more in elevation change. In addition, his body is not ideal for flat racing.

The Western States is a 100 mile race in the mountains of California. I would love to see you pull a 5:00 minute mile after 99 miles in...

He still had to run 400m on the track, so he was running like a sub 7 probably, crazy impressive still
@MrHerreragonza11 жыл бұрын
slow runners?!! This guy is the best trail runner in the world and you think that you are better than him?! You and your "coach" deserve both a medal. And don't compare a 400m sprint to a 100 mile race, they are completely diferent. And this runner probably would beat you at 400m also, his training is far worse than yours. Be more open minded and humble, and also if you had to ask your "coach" if there was a competition to run beyond the marathon at the olympics, there's another medal for you,

Fa gracia que li diguen a Kilian "Viva España" pera animarlo. Que pensara ell? It's funny that people tell killian "Viva España" to support him. I wonder what he though.

Kilian es español, lo que no hace gracia son los bobos como tu siempre mezclando política y deporte. Kilian is spanish, what´s not funny are dumbasses like you always mixing politics and sport.

dean karnazes ran for over 80 hours without rest. its possible. you can actually look up videos on here of ultra marathoners who have don the tough mudder and had been disappointed that they wasted a day they could've gotten a workout to do that.
@rondocelticsfan912 жыл бұрын
run 26.2 miles. thats a marathon.
@mrjohnson228911 жыл бұрын
There is this thing called the real world, it beings after you graduate from high school kid. Western States is not part of any "track" event. Ever heard of a marathon? I highly doubt you run track if you don't know what an ultra marathon is, let alone the most famous one.

sigh he ran 100 miles 'slowly' for 15 hrs straight, no sleeping....whats your fastest time for 100 mile run? Track and Field is an event at the olympics, they have track and field meets, but they also have trail running races, it is a very real sport. American Football is a REAL sport, is that included in the olympics...no.
