I love the top ends shots in this video, because you can hear the sounds of the engines in the shutdown area. To me those are some of the coolest sounds, & are rarely heard.

Definitely some hairy moments during Nostalgia Top Fuel; they are the most exciting cars in drag racing to watch at the top end....also I was up on a ladder.

At exactly 13:20 in the video someone(Dan Horan Jr) stays on the Loud pedal for an extra 500 feet +/-!!!!!! This is best drag racing footage I have ever seen.

Coolest thing is seeing the run filmed from the camera mounted up high at the end of the track. A whole new perspective, especially on Sound. And you can see just how fast the cars accelerate this way. Where when you watch the cars leave the starting line, you don't get this perspective at all.

I now live a long way from any drag strip, I like my quiet little country town. But I grew up go to Pomona, Bakersfield, Sonoma, Sacramento, you name it in California. My dad took me everywhere there was racing,even Sprint Cars.

I really want to see a meet like that here in the Northeast, preferably at our track (New England Dragway). I remember alot of these cars(the originals) when I was a kid and my dad used to run a BB/GD and I remember push starting it! LOL! We've got a Nostalgia meet with some pretty good cars now but not like this I don't think.
