2012 Ford Fusion idler pulley noise fixed

My water pump shakes as do the top pulley, changing them both. Last month I pulled the part you shown requires removing the upper engine mount. Mines was destroyed.

I was able to do it from underneath. To me it was easier than removing the motor mount. I did see someone do it on KZbin by removing the motor mount, but I was able to do it from underneath.

I didn't replace the serpentine belt. I replaced one of the pulleys.
