If youre not eating oil, Check the build date. Inside driver door. While Hyundai told people that a qt every 3000 miles was "normal", they still knew it was an issue. I don't know what they did, but they fixed it towards the end of the 2012 model year. Mine is a 2012 5.0 non-rspec, and was built 8/5/2012, so it was one of the last before the 13's. It has never burned a drop of oil.

Hyundai has had luxury cars prior to selling the Genesis in 2019 in the States. The EQUUS line started in 1999 in Korea which became the Genesis G90 in 2017 and the first generation Genesis, as seen in this video, became the G80, Ravi Peiris M.D.

More like the genesis line became genesis. The equus never got updated. The 2015 genesis is 100% the inspiration behind creating its own brand.

Rare car keep its the best bang for the buck. Car is a sleeper still and has enough power a great daily driver. Top end is 186 mph with gov off its a highway beast. Also the metal frame is 70% stronger than the competition South Korea makes some of the strongest metal in the world. I own the same car and color for 9 years and I still love this car and will keep it until I hit 200 thousand miles on it.

I'm at 136k on my 2012 non-rspec 5.0. Probably need spark plugs and shocks/struts, but still hauls.

Hi Wisconsin- I have the same color but 2014. The car feels solid. I inherited mine from my late brother. I’m ocd as well with my vehicles!

Yo when you changed the diff did the 5.0 axles fix or u had to change the axles with the diff also
