WTF, even it did not hit the top and the ref called it wrong, the ref could not ask them to replay the point.

They did not replay the point. The umpired called it as side and so the score was incorrect. Instead of the score being 14-12 Li Kewei, it was actually 13-13. Hope that explains the point.
