Hello! In the US, the radio in this vehicle is called the "UVO System-Powered by Microsoft". This radio cannot be added to the Base or LX packages, but is standard in the EX and SX models. Hope that helps!

if it is like the 2012 Our 2012 Sportage has a really bad problem with the Transmission we have had it in the shop 3 times in the last month at first the gear shifter got stuck due to some part that broke off they had it in there for almost a week we had to rent a vehicle they said that they don't have loner cars when they fixed it they said all was good so about 3 weeks later the transmission started acting up it would go out of gear on the free way and then it would shift so hard it actually hurt my back so I took it to Walmart in Arlington WA and they did an oil change and assured me all was fine with the tranny fluid but it got worse on the way home so we took it to the dealer who then looked at it again and said that there was 2 quarts of fluid missing. They then proceeded to fill to the ;proper level, then did an inspection and reprogrammed the transaxle to factory specs, along with a 150 point inspection of the vehicle. It was initially better then started shifting late and the going to the nest gear with a bang. Now I was getting better and more cautious about starting, as this is when you feel the shift(so hard it bangs into the next gear it was like powershifting a hemi powered high output vehicle from the late 60s and early 70s). So back it goes to the dealer and they are looking at it again, fluid is full, but still not shifting smooth like it should and had been doing up till this point. Of course one thing is they gave me a paper and a bill for 181.00 and that included a 150 point inspection same as before. Now my question is how come they didn't catch the fact was 2 quarts low on tranny fluid the first. Another gripe is why the hell would they put in a closed system with no way to check the tranny fluid, dumb. I know by the way he talks I am wasting my time and a fair amount of money, with a warranty that seems to be an issue or at the very least a bargaining chip so they can ram me again, and the extended warranty, $2500.00 very poorly spent as they will find a way to negate that also. I will say at least they gave me a loaner car this time, free of charge, the jury is still out on that. Do keep receipts of all maintenance that will help, but do i trust him to do his best for a customer who has bought 5 cars from this dealership, my guess whatever they tell you is that is all smoke and mirrors. Speaking of the mirrors the visibility from the passenger side mirror is awful I am always afraid that I may hit someone coming up on that side of me this is a real safety issue I loved this car but we have barley hit 50,000 miles and we are having problems like this Show less

0:18 ? Interesting!!! Could You tell me the "designation", "factory code" name, anything about that "system" ? I don't know how to call it? Here in my country KIA dealer told me there is only 2 options, "basic" one audio ( Radio+CD mp3 player, black display with RED letters/numbers) or the "BIG ONE" with DVD+Navigation,radio and everything else with huge LCD display, but this one, from this video is most interesting to me! Thanks

So, it means it's not available in Europe, just US? If yes that's very bad, it seams like very interesting system, simple and user friendly interface. For sure I'll ask local dealer about "UVO". Don't understand why KIA makes so different cars for US and rest of the world. For example KIA OPTIMA has different dashboard, central console, cup holder, gearshift handle, and many other "things" are available already in "SX", and here we get "those" only in "highest" package of equipment, called TX.
