I still believe that if RG3 had taken the whole 2013 season off and completely healed, he'd still be playing. The truth is, running QBs in the NFL just don't last. Every defender is looking to unload.

The knee wasn't the issue.. He couldn't read defenses, he didn't go through progressions in the pocket, he took too many unnecessary hits, hence why he hurt his knee in the first place vs Baltimore running into of all people Haloti Ngata when he had no business taking that hit.. They should have had Cousins play in the 2nd half of that playoff game when he tweaked it again and it was clear he couldn't run on his knee... His career was not cut short due his knee injury...
