2012 Thomas C2 school bus walkaround - engine off, no talking

We recently received this bus from another location, one more sister bus of the couple dozen 2012 C2's that we have on hand, due to a large portion of our fleet being out of service. This was my first time in this particular bus. Cummins ISB, hydraulic brakes.

I wish our C2s had the diesel doors on the right. Ours are all on the left which is a pain in the butt when it comes to refueling because you have to park perfectly or the hose won't reach.

Are 2012 are the same but are's dont have the eye lid cover and are emergency exits are easy to back in since are has a grabber for it to pull it in and out

Does this bus belong to First Student? Would you be able to startup and show everything?

We've got one or two previous C2 start-up and pre-trips; I'm trying not to duplicate content too egregiously, and this bus is identical in build

@@yitznewton Great ad also when the stop sign came out it didn't talk was this one broken? Theftmate as well didn't signal you

​@@carwashslayer4235 From what I could tell, there isn't even a speaker installed in this bus. We used to have 2009 IC CE 200s and none of them had speakers. Theft-Mate didn't go off because the ignition was on the whole time.

​​​​@@carwashslayer4235 Usually when the ignition is turned off and the system is deactivated, Double Check becomes active for the first hour after turning the ignition off and it serves to monitor for potential children left behind despite the driver doing their student search. After that 1 hour of Double Check, Theft-Mate will be automatically activated and monitor for unauthorized entry. Theft-Mate will be active indefinitely until the ignition is turned on or a key fob is used within range. If charter mode or Theft-Mate maintenance mode is activated, Double Check will be disabled and Theft-Mate will reactivate after 3&½ hours if charter mode was activated or 8 hours if Theft-Mate maintenance mode was activated.
