if you follow the trick with the four Aces, he has control of the 3 aces and the ace of hearts before it was revealed. 1st instance is at 8:01 where he is holding the 3 aces and lays it flat for her on the table for her hand to cover and 2nd instance at 9:30 where he holds on the the ace of hearts. As for when he switch decks is a matter of quickness and practice
