Step 1: Please unplug and plug the canbus box and 8PIN canbus plug. Sometimes the canbus wiring is not connected tightly. Please check whether the SWC PIN is bent. Note: Please turn off the car before unplugging and plugging the canbus box. otherwise, the canbus box may burn out. Step 2: please rechoose the canbus option. S1: connect the head unit with your Phone hotspot first. Click Settings APP -- Factory -- password is 123456 -- Select Models. S3: Canbus option: 03:Simple Soft --30:Toyota-- Models: 14:All New Highlander -- Config: Public Finally, press ok to save the settings. Then the head unit will update it automatically. I have a hissing noise after installing a radio. It goes away temporarily when I pause the music, but comes back when i play. What could be the issue?
@viabecsexpert56813 ай бұрын
This may be current interference noise. 1. You can wire a GND line to a metal part of the vehicle's chassis. It can improve the stability of sound. Note: 1) In addition, the ground wire should be as short as possible. Long ground wires can pick up noise that can be heard in the audio system. If you have extended the ground wire, make sure the splice is firmly connected and you may need to use a larger gauge (thicker) ground wire. 2) Scrape off the rust on the joints 2. Or you can connect the GND to the AUX line. and then fix it with tape.
