So, on my 2023 Laramie, my ecu look completely different. My factory harness is on top of the ecu instead of the front like in this video. The harness' are basically butted up against each other, so will this fit the 2023+?

highly doubtful. the 2023's use different tuning. even diablo hasn't released a tune for this year models yet. FCA has locked it out for now until diablo or someone can figure out a hack. To be honest though my stock 2023 laramie is almost as good as my 2019 with diablo tune on it. Minus the speed limiter removal, etc of course.

Does not disable mds people, most 4th generation and up rams require a pcm unlock

The Jet chip doesn't modify the internal programming of the PCM, it slightly alters the signals between the PCM and the vehicle sensors/controllers, so no unlock is necessary.

I've got the same question. I've looked on the Jet website and can't find a module that fits the e-torque. But AT says it will fit. I'll let you know when I put it on.
