I have with Big Gun Evo & Fuel Programer and is good amount of useable power, also washable foam Uni filter is a must if riding off road.

Short answer= yes. It all really depends on what your going to use it for.

Ive got full exhaust system, Renthal bars, new tail light and a few other things. A 400 would pull harder but the 250L would still be pretty good.

Change the stock exhaust. My 2014 has a FMF Powerbomb Exhaust full on it and it sounds AMAZING!

I don't trust "reviews" like those. I trust people who actually own the bikes like the fellow who made this video however, the WR is more expensive for a reason. That does not mean that the 250L is not a great machine. I'm sure DMcornish and many others will agree :)
