Actually it's easier than it seems. I'm not saying that those drivers on the video are doing easy stuff, they are incredible good and sure have talent. But if you want to race a 1/8th onroad, you can get the hold of it pretty fast. I am/was a competitor (although amateur) in 1/10th onroad but have already driven a 1/8th, and I must say that it didn't felt so hard after a few laps. You definitely should try, it's an amazing experience, trust me.
