I remember staying up as a 13 year old to watch the whole thing on KZbin. I watched the first match at around 10:30. I had to wait a half hour or so for each match to be uploaded. By the time I was watching this match, it was about 1 in the morning, and I had to keep myself from screaming in my room at the end and pissing off the whole family lolol. When EJ's ball fell into the gutter at the last second I damn near went "NOOOO" 🤣 The all Japanese final match was priceless. Definitely a core memory and a night I won't forget. Also, I just realized that was about ten years ago. Happy ten years to that memory.

Yeah I think the face palm thumbnail intro suits this match best. xD Still an excellent game...all the way up to the end at least. lol...

Wow! All the talk about E.J.'s composure, well you see emotion eventually from anyone especially with that happening. I'm about a year and a half younger than E.J. and for a few years I was trying to be a power player and the ball was a foot above my head on the back swing. I'm seeing a lot of insurance towards slowing down and keeping a steady pace instead...

Dick Weber knew what he was doing with the frozen rope shot all those years! Tommy Jones was officially lost on that lane and a flat-10 with a straight shot would've at least been a tie...

Send your profile with a 200+ pinfall average every single game and hopefully you'll be selected into the tour. Trey ford III, 17 years old and in the tour.

He should have just hurled a plastic ball at the pocket, would probably have gotten 9 or 10.
@CarbonG38 жыл бұрын
+EPICGUYDUDE Actually, throwing a plastic ball at the pocket isn't a very good idea in that situation. If you need a small amount of count like 4-6 pins, go for it. But, with a straight plastic ball, you can leave 2+ pins very easily. He did the right thing, just poorly executed it.

+Carbon.. I dunno man, I think for 9 pins throwing a spare ball directly into the pocket would have been a pretty safe bet for 9. TJ is incredibly accurate throwing straight and with how flooded the lane was he absolutely could have had a solid shot at 9 there. He took a gamble. What I dont understand is why, after 2 straight shots that showed how flooded the breakpoint was, why he didn't go to a ball with more surface
