2013 Wide Glide Samson Hell Raisers

Me riding my dad's 2013 Wide Glide around... trying to get a decent sound clip. His exhaust is the Samson Hell Raisers, the air filter is the Kuryakyn Twin Velocity Plus, and we have the Vance and Hines Fuelpak on it. Other than that, it's the stock 103ci motor.

Does your bike downshift easier when you rev up between downshifting?

I can't remember off hand which mode it was... I want to say it was mode 50 where you have to give it 100% throttle then return it back to idle. You do it while the bike is off. It's very easy to tune your bike with the Fuelpak. just take your time and double check your inputs.

My brother in law has the V&H Pro Pipe 2 into 1 on his superglide. It's the same way, a very deep throaty sound. I love it. But there is something about this exhaust like you said... just a classic sound. You can never get sick of it lol I have the Bassani Road Rage 2 into 1 on my Street Bob, honestly, I kind of get bored with the sound but I love the way it looks and performs. Thanks for the comment, my dad loves his wide glide. It's a nice bike.

It was fairly easy, more time consuming than anything. I mean, I'm no master tech lol but at the least, I'm pretty mechanically inclined. you just need to unbolt a few things ... slide it up through and bolt the stuff back together. It's tight, but at least the fuelpak fits up in there nice.

The stock baffles that came installed in them from the factory are still what's in it. We never removed anything from them when we installed the pipes.

I have V & H 2 into 1 on my 2013 wide glide and it doesn't seem to have the "tinny" sound like this bike, but listening to this bike I do enjoy the simplicity of the sound if that makes sense, its nearly original but not beefy like mine. Nice bike by the way.

ChopsAU It's all personal opinion. I love my street bob. I'm not a huge fan of the forward controls on the wide glide. Don't get me wrong. It's a great bike. very comfortable.

Interesting.. I have ridden a wide glide and not a bob. If I had to pick a Harley it would be between the two. Maybe I should a test ride a street bob and find out for myself

I liked the bob, but ended up getting a Highball instead; for something different, and a better fit straight off the floor. Got some tuning work to do and then gotta figure out how to make it look like sex on wheels.
