23:50 is close to unbelievable. That Pot Buster was buffered during the Hammer Fall, and FAB pressed PKS to both FRC the Hammer Fall Break and to output Pot Buster 1 Frame afterwards.

Very late answer, but It allows you to get Potemkin buster in the First possible frame by [4]6H32146PSK. The moment you do PSK and release it, the game gets a Pot Buster input.

No matter how many times I see it, I'm still amazed of how FAB can hold his own against other top players using Potemkin. FAB too good! XD
