You don't just pull the bumper free at the sides (along fnders) as shown, unless the tabs that hold the bumper / fender together at the inner fender are broken. As they are on this bumper. If your bumper tabs haven't broken, yanking on it to get it loose surely will break them .... there is an 8mm screw hiding up there that mechanically fastens the two parts together and helps the alignment
