This is great and worked just as you showed. What sucks is I previously paid $440 for the deal ship to change the first one and it only lasted 2 years. So I will always do it myself

You had to have gotten ripped off. With the work that needs to be done and the cost of a lightbulb…$440 is absolutely insane. Getting a headlight replaced shouldn’t cost just short of half a grand

I don’t think there is a rock auto in my area, unless they are an online store…then I’ll check them out for parts next time! Thanks for the info! 😀

I wish I had the confidence to do this. I replaced the driver's side rear turn signal bulb a few weeks ago & it was just a little challenging. Now my passenger side headlight is out ☹️

@@akshonjackson86 went looking for a way to fix my headlight, stumbled onto your vid, wound up spending >1 hour watching 182 of your shorts (reels?)...😄 1st, your kids=ADORABLE, your pets=ADORABLE, you+wife=also ADORABLE....but the way you & your wife interact & are raising your family is priceless! Children are happy & playful, pets too. Made my morning, sir! I sadly lost my dear husband to a terrible accident 4.5 yrs ago and our 2 sons are 22 & 25 and thankfully still living with me; but we all miss him so terribly, so I'm sad a lot. I completely miss when our boys were "littles" as you call them ~ they were my best buds. My sons are still great, but it is very different; they have their own lives & no more hangin out w mom anymore. Your videos certainly brightened up my day. Keep enjoying your children, as their youth goes by quickly and before you know it, their grown! ❤️

Dealer told me it was going to take 800 bucks to replace this bulb. Absolutely rediculous. Thanks for this video, the other videos show taking body panels and wheels off to replace this bulb, no thanks.

The black clip holding the bulb is giving me so much grief! When you say turn it clockwise, is that like you but your thumb under the clip and turned it like turning a key in the ignition? (I know what direction L vs R, but i cant get it to budge). Going to try it again tomorrow and then giving up and paying someone.

Yes sort of a thumb and pointer finger going opposite, but I think there may be a little clip holding it in place to get it to turn

Pull the bulb out, how?

Rotate black clips clockwise and pull back the bulb while jiggling side to side. The bulb base s is the silver square I show in the video
