I really think TCU would have made noise in the playoffs. We need to expand it, and this is the proof...

Expanding is a horrible idea. When you expand the playoff you basically will give the p5 teams a auto bid which ruins non conference games. And the reason people want to expand is so that teams with 2 or 3 or sometimes 4 losses can get in🤦I dont want a undeserving team getting in the playoff so that it "gives them a chance" and in my opinion tcu beat a shity ole miss team that was propped up because they got a upset over alabama. If anyone got cheated out of that 4 spot it was baylor, they beat tcu head to head. And guess what? NEITHER OF THEM DESERVE TO GO TO ANY PLAYOFF❗they had very shity defenses and just plain out ass, they would have got smacked by bama, osu, and Oregon

@@tobiramasenju9321 Your WHOLE argument presupposes that a team not normally in the playoffs is "shitty", like Boise State, for example. This argument fails since if ALL conference champions have the opportunity to go to the playoffs, really good 5-star players would not necessarily feel the need to go to a school with a GLUT of 5-star athletes (like Alabama or Ohio State), having in mind his playing time. Therefore talent will be MORE spread out amongst the various teams. Secondly, ALL nonconference games can be cancelled, and teams play ONLY within their conference (thus teams not in a conference, like Notre Dame, must be included in a conference in order to have a road to the playoffs). This, actually makes each game important, even if a team loses more games, their conference record will be the only consideration. Third, needless bowl games can be eliminated since players wanting to participate in the NFL draft usually don't want to participate in them as of late. Make bowl sites playoff sites, and the enthusiasm for post season will drastically increase and revenue increase. College Basketball is MUCH more exciting (March Madness) year to year cause we don't know if a Heavyweight will be upset by a Cindarella, which happens often. The same old Clemson, Ohio State, Alabama BORING song will become played out, and maybe we'd have a Boise State or Memphis national champion. Thus what you propose to stick to is actually the "horrible" idea.

@@Nonpeon if you expand the playoff to 8 a 3 loss team could sneak in and a 3 loss team don't deserve inclusion into the playoff. And if you give auto bids then a 4 or 5 loss team playing in a shit weak division could upset a 0 or 1 loss team in the conference championship! AND IM ALL FOR LETTING BOSIE ST IN. (ima a ucf fan btw🤕)

TCU should’ve been ranked number 1 and gotten in the playoffs.

No they almost lost to Kansas and West Virginia and gave up 61 to Baylor. Though they were definitely better than FSU

@@skylark2001 TCU was better. Ohio st that year almost lost to Minnesota and TCU killed Minnesota. Ohio st almost lost to penn st and didn’t even go to their big 10 championship and they let them in. TCU in the bowl game killed Ole Miss. Ole Miss only school that killed Alabama that year in the SEC. Plus Ohio st lost to V Tech unranked unlike Baylor top 6.

That lost to Baylor hurt us. But this was by far the best TCU team in history.

@@johnathandavis9098 I wouldn’t go that far. 2010 TCU was a monster..... - Back to Back undefeated seasons - #1 ranked defense (with 4 shutouts) - #8 ranked offense with NFL WRs and future Pro Bowl NFL QB 2010 TCU beat #6 Utah on the road 47-7..... 2010 TCU beat statistically the greatest Wisconsin team to every play the game, and held their best offensive team in history to their lowest points all season. That Wisconsin team had Russel Wilson, Montee Ball and JJ Watt....
