I own this same unit. It's not bad but you do get what you pay for. For example, notice he does not show the dinette down in a bed set up. Look at the shape of the back cushions that are supposed to fill in the middle of the dinette bed. They are the wrong size and thickness. Also, rubber seals for bump outs have been replaced twice so far. Service has been bad from local dealers but Forest River headquarters has been good at helping. I picked up my unit in April of 2013 in Albany. They were a nightmare and Forest River helped me find someone else to fix things. Overall good but still fixing little things. Notice awning is attached to main unit instead of bump out. So you lose a couple of feet of awning. I heard that was fixed in 2015 unit. Wood cabinets/walls/triminside is not highest quality but price is not highest either. A lot of nice features but be prepared to have a tough time getting the little things fixed.
