That's without the baffles. I think the baffles would make it too quiet. As it is, it's loud but not obnoxiously loud.

That air filter is jitteriness like crazy. Should that be moving like that??

Crazy Ant The filter is shaking a lot when the bike is idle because the engine is rubber mounted, not rigid mounted. It is completely normal

I thought the same thing at first. But the rubber mounts make the whole bike vibrate at idle, totally normal especially for the Dyna. While cruising its much smoother.
