Thanks, you can download trips from Harley trip planner if you have a usb thumb drive. Get at least an 8gb thumb drive as that's what required to do any updates.

Nice walkthrough. wonder why HD hasn't thought of doing this. Anyway, thanks. I do have a question. Can the GPS use routes like Garmin? In other words, can you build a route and load it to the GPS? Oh, nice bike. Congrats.

Not sure about indefinite idle time. I did notice the rear cylinder shut off kicks in earlier than before and I don't seem to cook as much sitting at lights. First time climbing a long grade my legs were choking on the highway pegs until I realized I had mounted them putting my legs right in the fan exhaust. Much better now that I moved them down.

Thanks for the video explaining some of the updates. The question I have is on the effect of the water cooling. Can the bike now sit and idle indefinitely? My 2012 Limited runs ridiculously hot in stop and go traffic, and the rear cylinder shut off really does very little to help.

Thanks for Video. Road one yesterday, great ride. With the new nav system. Does it allow for you to create your own route and load. I use streets and trips create a route and then load into my Zumo. The are very specfic routes for longer rides on back roads. Can I do the same with the new Harley system. If so how? Do I load the route on a stick and access? Do you know what the base GPS system is it a Garmin or other. Thanks

I know you can go on H-D website trip planner and build a route there to download via thumb drive. Thanks for the comments.

I wish Harley would left the locking fuel cap on the bikes, that is a big mistake on their part, very easy to steal gas from the bike now. The earlier bikes had it and I miss it already.
