I ask if they want diagnostics done if they don’t then i just charge for labor.

@@vicmobilemechanic05 Was thinking how upset they will be if they are incorrect and have you install a part that was not needed. I know I have fired the parts cannon before but it was my car and had only myself to blame. Customers are quick to not take responsibility for their mistakes.

I have had costumers not want to pay for labor cause part wasn’t issue.
