Great video thank you! I have been towing a 800-1000 lb trailer without this and want to upgrade thanks for your video.

I used the Honda 60440-SZA-A00 Cooler (ATF) Bracket along with the Dorman 918-244 ATF Cooler for this installation.

Nice video! I got a 2015 EX-L Pilot and want to add a trans cooler...what is the hose size, is it 11/32? And is there a reason why you mounted your cooler on the left side which is in lined to the condenser fan and not on the right side? Now...what about the original hard lines that the original rubber hoses once plugged into... did you just cap them off? Thank you so much if you can respond and thank you for uploading!

The atf cooler that I used matched the factory configuration that came on the Touring model. It is designed to mount there. But if you go with a different cooler you may need to come up with a mounting solution. I don't recall the hose size offhand.

@@gregmarks8956 Okay...thanks for responding! I was just wondering what happens to the stock atf cooler once you re-route the supply and return lines to the new atf cooler, do you just cap off the old cooler lines or take them out completely?

Great video! I'm looking to do this on my 2013 model. How did you determine that the towing capacity would go up to 3500 lbs? I have a 2009 Pilot (4x4) that can tow 4500 lbs so I am trying to determine what the tow limit would be on the 2013(2x2) after the mod. Thanks!

So the hoses to the transmission are already there and in place?

There is a bypass hose in place. When you add the atf cooler you will need to provide new hoses that connect to where the bypass was. I picked up the hose from a local auto parts store. I wound up purchasing about 5 feet of it.
